Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the website wearevisionn.com and of Ads Management — Vision (Meta App ID 1588673635569867), operated by Vision International Sp. z o.o. (“Vision Agency”, “we”). By using either, you agree to them.

1. What the service is

Ads Management — Vision is a private, invitation-only advertising management application. It lets an authorised user connect a Meta advertising account and then create, publish, monitor and report on advertising campaigns, ad sets, ads and creatives, and read product catalogs used for catalog-based ads. It is not a consumer product and is not open to public registration.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Access requires an account issued by us. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to manage any Meta advertising account you connect, and you must hold the rights to any material you upload.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to publish advertising that violates Meta’s Advertising Standards or any applicable law;
• access advertising accounts, Pages or catalogs you are not authorised to manage;
• attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls or authentication;
• resell, sublicense or expose the service to third parties without our written consent.

4. Meta Platform Terms

Use of the service involves the Meta Marketing API. You remain bound by Meta’s own Terms of Service, Platform Terms and Advertising Standards. We access your Meta data only through permissions you grant and only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke that access at any time from your Meta account settings or by disconnecting inside the application.

5. Advertising spend

All advertising spend is billed by Meta directly to the payment method on the connected advertising account. We never take payment for ad spend and are not a party to that transaction. You are solely responsible for budgets you approve.

6. Availability and no warranty

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we do not guarantee any advertising outcome, return on ad spend or approval of any campaign by Meta. Third-party outages, API changes and platform policy decisions are outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost advertising performance.

8. Termination

Either party may end the relationship at any time. On termination we revoke your access and delete the stored access tokens; remaining data is deleted according to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy or immediately upon a written request.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Poland. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the seat of Vision International Sp. z o.o.

10. Changes

We may amend these Terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
