Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Vision International Sp. z o.o. (“Vision Agency”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data. It covers this website and Ads Management — Vision (Meta App ID 1588673635569867), the advertising management application we operate for our clients.

Who we are

Vision International Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, Lucjana Cylkowskiego 1, 84-239 Bolszewo, Poland, is the data controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can reach us at alperen@wearevisionn.com.

What we collect from website visitors

• Contact form data. Name, email address, website or Instagram handle, location, budget range, an optional phone number and the description you write. You provide all of it voluntarily.
• Analytics and advertising data. Page views, referrer, approximate country, device type and click identifiers (fbclid, fbp, fbc) used to measure advertising performance.

What our application accesses through Meta

When a client connects their Meta account to Ads Management — Vision through Facebook Login, we access only what is required to manage their advertising:

• ads_management, ads_read— to create, read and manage campaigns, ad sets, ads and creatives, and to read performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, reach, conversions) for the ad accounts the client has granted us access to.
• business_management— to identify which ad accounts, Pages and catalogs exist under the client’s Business Manager, so campaigns are attached to the correct assets.
• catalog_management— to read product catalogs and product sets (product name, retailer ID, price, availability, image and destination URL) in order to build catalog-based and dynamic ads.
• pages_show_list, pages_manage_ads, pages_read_engagement — to associate ad creatives with the correct Facebook Page.
• leads_retrieval— to retrieve leads submitted through the client’s own Lead Ad forms.
• public_profile— to display the name of the connected account so the user can confirm which account is in use.

We access this data only for the advertising accounts our clients explicitly connect. We do not access personal profiles, friend lists, private messages or any data unrelated to advertising management.

How we use the data

• To create, publish and optimise advertising campaigns for clients.
• To produce performance reports for the account owner.
• To reply to enquiries submitted through our contact form.
• To measure the effectiveness of our own advertising.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use client advertising data to train machine-learning models or for any purpose other than operating the service for that client.

Legal basis

We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and client advertising data on the basis of the contract we perform for that client (Art. 6(1)(b)). Analytics and advertising measurement rest on our legitimate interest in understanding how our services are found (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Storage, retention and security

Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed in our interface; the application displays only a masked indicator. Advertising data is retained for as long as the client relationship continues and is deleted within 30 days of a written deletion request or of the relationship ending. Contact-form submissions are kept for up to 24 months. Access is restricted to authenticated users of the application.

Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties except the service providers that host and deliver our systems (Vercel Inc. for website hosting, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. for advertising delivery). Each acts as a processor under our instructions.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. Write to alperen@wearevisionn.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
