User Data Deletion

This page explains how to have data deleted from Ads Management — Vision (Meta App ID 1588673635569867), operated by Vision International Sp. z o.o. There are two ways: revoke access yourself, or send us a deletion request. Both are described below.

Option 1 — Disconnect and revoke access yourself

Inside the application, open Settings → Meta Connection and click Disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored access token from our database.
To remove the app from your Meta account entirely, go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find Ads Management — Vision and choose Remove.

After either step we can no longer access any data from your Meta account.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Send an email to alperen@wearevisionn.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, including:

the name or email address on the account, and
the Meta ad account ID or Business Manager ID concerned, if you have it.

We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, then write to confirm it is done. There is no charge.

What gets deleted

Stored Meta access tokens and the connection record.
Cached advertising performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions) held in our database.
Cached product catalog and product data.
Uploaded creative assets, brand configuration and generated ad records.
The user account and its authentication data.

What is not ours to delete

Campaigns, ad sets, ads and creatives that were published to Meta live in your Meta advertising account, not ours. Deleting your data here does not remove them; they remain under your control in Meta Ads Manager, where you can pause or delete them at any time. The same applies to product catalogs, which belong to your Business Manager.

Retention exceptions

We may retain the minimum records required by Polish accounting and tax law (invoices and payment records, generally five years). These contain billing details only, never Meta advertising data or access tokens.
